The Board of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank Ltd has approved the advertisement of the vacant position of Head, Internal Audit and Control.
Qualities of the Applicant
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting/Accountancy from a recognized University or Polytechnic in Nigeria.
- Experience: At least 5 years working experience in the banking sector, 3 of which must be in Audit Unit.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Versatile and conversant with accounting principles and practice relating to banking, including credit and debit entries in customer accounts and the general ledger of the bank.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve compliance issues and show competence in detecting spurious, negligent, or incomplete transactions or those inconsistent with applicable rules or guidelines.
- ICT Competence: Experience in using and navigating banking applications.
- Certification: Must hold the MCP certificate.
